The Sierra Club along with eight other progressive action groups are sponsoring “Tools for Change: Grassroots Advocacy Workshops” in Northern Virginia, Norfolk and Richmond.

Each workshop asks the following questions:
· How can we move to a clean energy, jobs-producing economy?
· How can individuals, businesses, churches and others use energy more efficiently?
· How can we better communicate the urgency of climate change and the need for action?

Roundtable discussions will be lead by area newspaper editors, legislators, bloggers, and clean energy advocates – all focused on helping the community focus its message on clean energy and climate change.
